For reasons unknown, after they install Lync and try to start up Cisco IP Communicator.the Lync clietn will wig out. The Lync client will constantly maximize and minimize as well the Cisco IP Communicator client will take the phone off hook and on hook as the Lync clietn maximizes and minimizes.
