The design is clean, the functions are intuitive, and most importantly for me, it is an improvement from the glitchy and clunky Apple Mail.

Fantastical has a 'Find Next Time Available' feature which can tell you when the next time everyone's available. When you're trying to find a time for fairly busy people, it's fantastic. That being said, I still find myself using Google Calendar in my browser when I'm planning on checking availability for rooms or a bunch of people. I've not really found a better interface in a client. For daily use, I use a combination of Fantastical and BusyCal.
